DRUG AWARENESS TALK – TUESDAY 4TH FEBRUARY
Forkhill GAA is hosting an important and powerful talk on drug awareness, and we encourage all young people, parents, and community members to attend.
📅 Date: Tuesday, 4th February at 7:30pm
📍 Venue: Forkhill GAA Clubhouse
We are honoured to welcome Sandra Larmour, who will share the heartbreaking story of her daughter, Jeni Larmour. Jeni tragically lost her life on her first night at university after taking ketamine given to her by another while under the influence of alcohol.
Jeni was a bright and talented young woman—an A student, Deputy Head Girl, and a much-loved member of her community*. Her devastating loss serves as a stark reminder of the dangers that young people face when making choices about drugs and alcohol.
Sandra’s mission is to educate young people and prevent other families from experiencing this kind of tragedy. This talk is a chance for our community to learn, reflect, and have open and honest conversations about staying safe.
🗣️ Please spread the word and encourage attendance—this could be a life-saving conversation.
💚 Let’s come together to support this important message.
