Summer Nursery Taster Programme – Parent/Guardian Consent & Disclaimer
I confirm that my child is attending the Club's Summer Nursery Taster Programme on a trial basis during the summer months.
I understand and acknowledge that:
- My child is participating in a free taster programme and is not currently a registered member of the club.
- As my child is not a registered member, they are not covered by the GAA Injury Benefit Fund (or any equivalent player injury scheme) during participation in these taster sessions.
- Participation in sporting and recreational activities carries an inherent risk of injury, and I accept these risks on behalf of my child.
- I confirm that my child is medically fit to participate in the activities provided and that I have informed the club of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.
- I consent to my child taking part in all activities associated with the Summer Nursery Taster Programme under the supervision of the club's coaches and volunteers.
- In the event of an emergency, I authorise the club to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child if I cannot be contacted immediately.
